We have found that over 85% of Architects today have very little knowledge or experience with designing a home that uses the environment and all the advantages it has to offer.

The Smart Design process that we implement in all of our homes helps to create a home that will be 60 – 70% more efficient, conserves materials, uses local materials and uses or is prepared for the use of Solar.

An example of this material conservation would be the use of finger-jointed studs (a process of combining short pieces of lumber to create a longer piece). So what was once destined for the landfill is now being used to frame all the wall of our homes.
